The Komen Orange County Affiliate participates in outreach events in the community by hosting a booth at several health fairs around Orange County. Our volunteers are eager to set up a Komen booth at health fairs and are trained to answer basic questions regarding breast health and breast cancer information. We hand out educational materials about breast health as well as provide information about local breast health programs and services at our booths. The booth also comes equipped with a fun prize wheel that has plenty of rewards for everyone. If you know about an upcoming health fair where you would like us to add a Komen booth, please complete our Community Outreach & Education Request Form to request a Komen booth and email to ckim@komenoc.org or fax to (714) 957-9155.
